To apply for opening a bank account I had wait for 2 weeks to get a suitable appointment according my schedule. Moreover, it has been more than a month since after the appointment, I am still waiting for my Debit Card and Welcome kit. In simple words my account is not opened yet. Following the same trend as in India.Why don't you guys move your branches and offices somewhere in desserts, forests or polar regions? I'm sure you will get 99.9% lesser customers, hence much lesser work loads so that you guys can work efficiently.#SBIIndia #SBIUK
Same typical indian style staff and service.Dont expect anything from them they have excuse list.
Worst bank ever. How is this company even allowed to operate in the UK? Quick to take my money when opening a saving account, but it's taken literally months to close my account and still no closer to getting the money. Had to fill in countless paper forms, had multiple appointments and still no cheque for my own money. I will be reporting this company to the FCA once I get my money.
