Terrible service. They pester you each day leading up to the appointment. Once you get to the appointment day, you arrive on time and have to wait 40mins. Nobody apologised, explained the delay and why it was taking anybody to see us even after 40mins of waiting. We ended up walking away. Person there didnt have courtesy to come out of his room and spend few seconds explaining delay. Terrible.
They rip people off big time. Whatever your quote is online, be prepared to be offered less than half of that figure. If you are desperate to sell, make sure you talk about FLEX. Whatever the damage cost is, they can put back up to 50% back in for you. They will only use this if you are going to walk away. Make sure you get this and accept nothing less. My advise is please stay away from this rip off merchants. There are so many reputable companies who will offer a better price and better service.
