Best dentist experience Ive ever had!
I have been a fairly new patient to this practice and am so impressed at the service they provide. Firstly they are extremely accommodating in terms of emergency appointments which is how I discovered the practice. As a patient that has a phobia of the dentist and has avoided visiting a dentist for nearly 5 years, I was made to feel at ease during my treatment which I never believed would be possible.
I had half a tooth fall out on tuesday and was in pain . Contacted the surgery and told no appointment until following week. Told I should have phoned in at 9am unfortunately tooth fell out at 10am. Many times I have had an appointment for 2pm or 930 and have waited over 40 minutes to be seen. This was because of an emergency . I didn't complain because someone was in pain. Not a good service receptionist couldn't care less. Won't go to this dentist again
