Definitely recommend this place! Ella is nice and always response within two or three hours. However, I recommend that there should be an order tracking on the website so it will be more transparent to the users.
I am completely disgusted i would give a zero star rating if I could. I came to the flower shop and really wanted to buy flowers for a friends birthday, I had a beautiful arrangement that i really liked however the staff that worked there gave me something completely different to what I wanted and I had already paid for the flowers (a little pricy but it was for an occasion) so I asked her in a very polite manner if I could get the flowers I originally wanted but she decided to give a comment back saying that the flowers that she had given me were better than what I had chosen, I was quite confused since I was the one that paid for the flowers and I hadn't received what I had paid for and that the customer is always right (that policy seemed to go right out the window). So I am not very happy with my experience I also did not receive a vase when I did ask for one and instead received a brown paper which my flowers were wrapped in that I could probably find in a rubbish bin.
I would 100% recommend Flower House to any bride. Ella is passionate about her work and knows her flowers inside out and she will deliver a fantastic service to you. I was extremely happy with my bridal and bridesmaids bouquets and couldn't have asked anything better.
Ella did the flowers for my wedding. Very pleased with her work. The table centre pieces looked amazing. Would definitely recommend. Reasonably priced and can work to your budget. Ella has great customer service.
