Poor products and customer service. Avoid at all costs. May seem cheap in the short run but you'll pay heavily in the long run

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!They advertise 'good quality furniture' I brought a wardrobe for nearly 500 and paid for them to put it up and it has fallen apart after less then a year. It wasn't put up properly in th first place. Customer service is useless. AVOID
I bought a wardrobe from here for my mum as present for her new house. They were happy to take your money quickly but after they take your money they treat their customer terrible. I agree with all the comments on the internet about them. Unfortunately, the wardrobe wasn't to my mums taste, i guess that is fair enough. I tried to return the item but they were very rude and unprofessional about it. My mum even went to the shop to speak to them about it but they were also rude to her. That wardrobe cost a lot of money and for me to have my rights breached has made me realise that i don' want anyone to purchase anything from this company and go through the hassle and mis-treatment. I hope this review is of help to every one looking to buy anything from this company.
Bought a 6 piece Recliner Sofa set last year in November 2016 from their Kenton Branch, for 899.00 plus 50.00 delivery charge, paid fully in cash. Delivered on time, problems started with recliner's not opening. From the time I first complained till now all the pieces have developed fault. They have fixed it twice but problems keep cropping up. From false promises of replacing(within 6 weeks) to repair in June 2017 they have never followed up on their false promises. Even for repairs it took numerous phone calls, personal visits to their shop and talking to the branch manager Tony nothing has been solved. Their Customer Services Manager K. Zaman promised in June to sort everything out but again false promises. Finally now I have taken them to small claims court to recover my money for Faulty 6 piece Recliner Sofa set. I will never ever buy anything from them ever again. SO be VERY CAREFUL to buy anything from here.
