Sometimes the non trade can slow down the counter service by asking several questions but otherwise customer service is good.

I use toolstation in Harrow a lot find the staff professional and prices are low as well. Never had a issue with the service and a added bonus free tea or coffee while you look through the catalogue. Parking can be a issue if your not carrying anything heavy then you can park on the side streets and walk.
Good service from knowledgeable staff. Very helpful even provided me with a plaster for a cut finger. Prices are more reasonable than other competitors. Parking can be an issue so beware of parking enforcers from nearby office block.
