I recently had 2 bathrooms and a Cloakroom Wc refurbished and purchased all the sanitaryware and tiles from DK Bathrooms and Kitchens.I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is thinking of purchasing their items from here.Tarjs input from the design stage through to choosing all the products was invaluable.He gave so much of his time to discuss all aspects of the design and I cant thank him enough for that.Tarj was attentive and made excellent suggestions.The result is that I have 3 absolutely amazing bathrooms and couldnt have chosen the products and the tiles(which are absolutely fabulous) without Tarjs help.
Very unprofessional. Having booked an appointment each time, I still had to wait for over an hour as the sales person Tarj was over-running attending to another customer. It would be common courtesy to have informed me considering I also had a baby with me! And even after finally coming round to attending to me, he was able to ask inbetween to serve another customer just because the other customer was buying immediately over me requiring a quote which would take longer. The final bite for the customer service comes when Tarj over promises to get in touch once the sample arrives and for prices for various bathroom furniture. 2 months down the line, we are still waiting for this call, despite chasing for it.
Great services, tarj is really helpful every time I have been to the shop they are very efficient and would definitely recommend it.
