They charged me for urgent service on something that had literally 1 or 2 tiny marks and came out with hundreds of them. When I complained the guy said that it was my fault because I didnt tell them that it was dirty!?! I wonder WHY the hell would I take something to wash if it wasnt dirty? They are clowns and the person in charge didnt give a damn, actually had a grin on his face while telling me that he wouldnt give me my money back. I am going after them - not because of the money, but because the person in charge laughed at me. Lucky to get one star, because they are indeed getting a formal complaint after today!
Dropped two suits and some shirts there and came to pick them up the day after they were due. The shirts were not ready and had stains that werent there before. No good.
Absolutely useless. Lost my clothing and would not refund. Lucky to get one star. Stay away from these clowns / con artists
This laundry offer wash & iron service for shirts at 99p per shirt. Had about 15 shirts done by them, some of the shirts have not been cleaned at all and are still dirty on the collar. So took them back to the laundry and guy there was so rude and said if I wanted them cleaned I should have paid for a super clean at 2.99! I was so shocked because he refused to acknowledge that the offer they have is for wash and iron and within that the shirts should have been cleaned adequately. He refused to refund me any money and was absolutely rude about the whole incident. DO NOT USE them, they are cheats and not do a decent job at all. Plenty of other places that offer the same deal for shirts.
