Good quality collection of flavours for Shisha. Although gets very cold when cold outside so sort out the heating guys.

Great customer service and shisha recommendations. Lounge is spacious and well laid out for large groups.
Very bad atmosphere, Absolute rude staff do not know how to behave and talk with customers. Very poor service and delays in providing what customers required. Infact on few occasions they did not even have products as mentioned on the menu.
Amazing experience here at tunnel lounge and I will definitely be making this my regular place to go smoke. Some of the most friendliest staff and the Shisha is amazing. Great customer service and welcoming place
