Often full and the spots are too small for modern cars (some are impossible to get anything over a compact into due to limited space to even reverse a car). Top floor is reserved for staff only. The flow of the car park is very unhelpful e.g. when you go to the first floor up from ground then you will find that you have to double back on yourself to go up to the second level as the 1at floor is full of bollards blocking the flow around.Spots need widening for modern vehicles and it really needs another floor or two of general parking to cope
