Interesting experience. I asked Mr K's advice on choosing one not very important product over another. As usual, Mr K was offering am overly wordy response - which I can cope with - when the phone in his pocket rang. In the middle of his own sentence he fished it out - and answered it - which I considered a pretty poor show.What happened next? Without acknowledging me - at all - he wandered off to his desk. I waited several minutes before leaving the shop.Has Mr K forgotten that he's also a retailer?J
