Great centre, thank you Bhavin for all your support and advice to help heal my knee.
Staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed over overworked with back to back sessions, leaving taint feeling of sessions being rushed (never did I receive a full 30 minute session). Equipment, which otherwise was expected, was lacking i.e. no proper head support for the massage table, no heat lamp or electrodes for the acupuncture, I had to actually tell the physiotherapist to dab me with an antiseptic wipe before inserted the needle, and worse of all, staff using a 60 electric massage machine for the sessions that you purchase from Argos! Oh, I forgot, for the whole 8 sessions I had over a period of 3 months, the water dispenser was broken.I can't entirely pin the blame on the staff, but more so on the managerial staff. Suggestions - invest in some proper equipment and cut the number of people you see in a day. My insurance paid for the sessions (45 for half hour) which would be absurd money for any private patient, especially considering the DIY equipment they have!
I have attended this physiotherapist at harrow weald for a very sore elbow after a motorbike crash. Behave the physiotherapist was excellent with his humour and expertise in his field. Everyone there is so pleasant. They are an asset to their profession. I would recommend this practice as they do a fantastic job. From a very happy patient.
