Away from this company. To fix a radiator the quotation given 385+vat for 1.5 hours. Same duration has taken by other plumber just for 65+vat . Very greedy this company.. Stay away..
Very friendly, honest and helpful. I called Peter out as had a new house built and needed some help as the heating was all over the place. Instead of just coming over and charging an arm and a leg, Peters team gave an honest opinion and wrote down a list of things to get fixed and suggested I take it up with the original plumber who should rectify this. Normally people would have just charged me, refreshing to see theres honest tradesman out there. I would us them again without a doubt, life old saying, you get what you pay for!
Absolutely outstanding service! The plumber was on time, polite, efficient & he came prepared. The office allowed me to send a video of the problem in advance and the plumber had the right part with him. I highly recommend this company to everyone especially as the price quoted on the phone was exactly what I was charged. I'm totally astonished by the customer service and professionalism of this company. Superb service. I would defiantly use them again if needed.
Great guys. Very professional. Used the team for a boiler service and to check my underfloor heating. The underfloor could not be fixed and a quick check was done (no charge made given the situation).
