I went to Ayuspa for my back problems. Initial impression of the clinic was good in terms of hygeine & staff. You get attended by a doctor first who understands your problem & recommends a massage accordingly. They use oil found typically in southern part of Indian which is ideal to improve the tone and strength of muscles. It also helped with my dry skin problem. My massage experience was good. I did had to tell my masseur to apply more pressure in certain areas which helped. You can also combine body massage with hot bag massage (for specific areas) which helps with chronic pain especially during winters. They also had good offers on massages so do check before paying.
Loved the attention given by the Doctor and the therapist. My treatment was closely monitored by all and it helped me detox, feel more energised in the end (despite the very stressful diet-massage-restrictions). I'd recommend this place for anyone who is serious about undergoing Ayurvedic treatment. Value for money.
Did one week Panchkarma weight loss therapy. Lost 4kgs due to the amazing daily massages and treatment. Along with strictly following the doctors diet instructions. The staff is extremely well trained and friendly. Facility is higenic and well kept. Ayurvedic medicines are high quality. Keep up the good work and continue to maintain high standards.
Although its was , the first time i visit her , really liked the way , the treatment was done .. Its like the money you pay it's worth paying for quality , which i am sure , u will get here .
