Extremely disappointed, would give no stars if that was an option. Rude owner/manager, who has no idea about customer service - she should take a course on how to keep customers. Despite the ok haircut, I won't be visiting again; she completely ruined my experience. All I wanted was to spoil myself and feel relaxed, but left feeling stressed out and upset.
Extremely rude staff. God forbid if you have a minor complaint you'd like to discuss, or a query on them changing pricing from their price list, mid treatment. If 'all prices from' means your 30 minute cut and blow dry will go up in price, inform your customers well before the treatment, not during. You should also not accuse your customers of only caring about money and walk away from them when all they are asking for next time, is a little more clarity. I used to be a regular here for threading, but never again.
Extremely Rude and Unprofessional. When on the phone the women were shouting at me for having a query. They didn't ask what colour I wanted to go she just told me what she was doing and she did it- she didn't even do it well! There is not a wide selection of choices for colour all very natural/ grey covering colours. At 11am she said it would be a bold colour and after close to 3 hours of waiting it turned out the be subtle and "in the light". The first 2.5 hours she didn't speak to me at all instead favouring the woman next to me. She didn't know to bleach my hair, which is what I actually needed. Instead, she started bleaching her own hair DURING MY APPOINTMENT. I want my money back (70 for something I didn't want, nor did it turn out well) to be honest but I don't want to go there again. There's a Shapes in Hair closer to the station and Harrow College is cheap. Unless you're already friends with one of these people I do not recommend this place at all. In any way shape or fashion.
