Think the management seems to have changed. Once the eyebrows and waxing is done the therapist won't even ask you to check if it's done ok. Also, been charged different prices Every time for the same treatment. Used to have Hansi do my treatments before and she was the best. The one now is rubbish!
Horrible service. Was not ready listen to my preference and how I wanted them to proceed with my waxing. Just kept on ignoring my comments, and waxed straightaway, on my bare skin. My skin is peeled off, currently red/inflamming and I know soon these red areas will turn out dark scars! No duty of care. Regretted to go in, my usual parlor was closed and I needed the service urgently and this parlor stays open until late which I thought was helpful but obviously made my situation worse. Lesson learned
New management provides a friendly atmosphere and a great service. I will definitely be returning.
Best facial in town! Money well spent. Friendly people all round :) Highly recommend it.
Worst experience ever. I had gone there over 1 week before my wedding day to have a dermalogica facial done as my skin is extremely sensitive and can easily react to certain products and procedures. I had clearly stated NOT to do any extractions to my pimples or blackheads, but the lady performing the facial completely ignored my request and carried ahead with this procedure.A few seconds into this I stopped her and told her NOT to continue, but she insisted it was fine and carried on. A minute later I had enough and stopped her as I could feel my skin heating up, becoming itchy and beginning to swell. I got up to see myself in the mirror and my face was looking like it had started to react! Bearing in mind these reactions usually take weeks to clear up and my wedding was only about a week away! I became emotionally disturbed with the thought of having a reaction on my wedding day and told them immediately I needed antihistamines.About a hour later upon leaving my skins was still severely red, irritated, itchy and bumpy and I refused to pay. The manager was called and I was told I WOULD HAVE TO PAY.I went through the worst experience ever and was forced by the manager to pay.I will never forget how this experience had impacted me on the days upcoming to my wedding day.
