I was not happy with the service I received at the hair company. It's an excellent service for eyebrows but terrible with hair styling. My last visit, I asked to style my hair based on a photo I showed the hair dresser. She didn't style my hair as I showed and when I kindly asked to correct it, she took everything out, brushed my hair and put three pins in, it took her seconds. This look didn't even last and it fell out as I left the shop.It's understandable to have disputes but not in front of your customers. I unfortunately had to see two colleagues argue in front of me while I was getting my hair styled and the hairdressers behaviour towards me changed following this. I will be thinking twice before considering going there again
