Ive been going to get my haircut for a while now.This is the best place for most professionalHaircut. It is the equivalent of vidaal.sassoon cutting.The haircut is immaculate.I highly recommend them
Only went in for a simple blow-dry and even that was rushed and hot iron was used which I could have used myself at home. On questioning was given so much attitude and made to feel very uncomfortable. Definitely won't be going there anymore, especially when there are so many other saloons on Kenton road.
I've been coming here for a couple of years - everyone is always very friendly / professional. Today I went in for an appointment and wanted two things: lighter hair and not to lose too much length. I came home to see my hair looks darker and shorter than what I wanted.There was communication and the hairdresser explained everything he was doing; but a misunderstanding somewhere along the lines has resulted in me feeling deflated with my experience and my hair. Especially having paid 150 for it. Would I go back? Only if I wanted a simple and safe wash, cut and blow-dry.Would I go back otherwise? 100% no. The hairdressers will only do what they think suits you and ignore what you have asked for ( this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, last time the hairdresser gave me 50% what I wanted - this time 0%). Also unsure why I wasn't able to transfer loyalty stamps from my old card to a new card they had - but it added further to an already awful experience. Like I said before, they are friendly and professional but unfortunately on two occasions now I don't think they have listened to me and what I want as the paying customer.
Great service and superb skills with their hair styling
Been going here for YEARS and have never let any other hairdresser cut my hair! Great service, great prices and offers and always give good recommendations. Will continue coming here as long as I live in the area.
