I very rarely write reviews for products or services, and when I do it's almost always positive. This was the exception to my normal rule. We called up Harrow Local Locksmith because we'd accidentally locked the keys in our car. They said it'd be 70 and we agreed to the price. Upon arrival, the locksmith said that it was an unusually difficult lock and that it was going to cost us 140. It seemed extreme to double the price, so he agreed to only charge us 120. In less than 5 minutes he opened the lock and still charged us the 120. He assured us that the reason he got it open was because he was so good at his job. Believe me, this was not legitimate and I strongly recommend that you NEVER use this agency for anything. He was dishonest, rude, and exploitative. We were in a vulnerable place without expertise and we trusted this company. Instead of using their power of expertise to help us, they chose to exploit. Now, being out 50 is not the end of the world, but I would hate to be the client who was promised a service for 400 and ended up paying 800 for no reason.There are other locksmiths in Harrow. Do yourself a favour and find another one.
