So I got locked out. The key was left on the other side of the door and we forgot that and closed the door as we came out of the house So we called this company thinking they are based locally. A technician was sent and I agree that he came quickly. When I called up the customer's service lady said it will cost me 69 pounds plus vat. Now this guy when when he came up looked at the locks and said he will have to change the lock and it will cost me more but then suggested that he has another way to open the lock but it will cost me 100 pounds plus vat. I told him that I was told 69 pounds but he refused saying that he will only fix if I pay 100. I had to agree as my family was standing out. He put two air bags. Pumped air into it and the door popped open. This apparently was a big job for him. Anyways my advice for everyone stay away from these people. They will trick you into paying more.
I can not complain. The locksmith they sent me came really fast and unlocked my car door for me even fast, and he did it at 4 am. Thank you Locksmith In Harrow.
