The 2018 fireworks display was decent but by no means excellent. There was a delay starting and questionable music choices. The Diwali theme was interesting but not for everybody.
good display. traffic can be a nightmare. gridlock with people who are inconsiderate and lack common sense when in a vehicle
Annual event. We'll run and always busy. Good selection of stalls, rides and of course fireworks!
A brilliant display. Let down by the pre-show which was an unlit performance from someone on a low stage. So unless you were lucky enough to be lifted onto someone's shoulders or were 7 feet tall and had night vision goggles then you were unlikely to see much. Biggest gripe though was the lack of any waste bins. There were about 15 plus stalls selling food and drinks but only one had a rubbish bin. So I pity the poor souls with the clean up task the next day.
Very good display, well organised and great fun for all the family.
