17:30 - two till positions closed( but staff were behind those doing afmin stuff)..all getting ready to go home...only one position opened. 5 people in the queue..didn't even bother to provide a reason why only one person was serving. Quite rude as well... #getsomecustomerfriendly staff
Worst post office in the world. They stole my money!Not only they charged me 5 for a small bubble rap and an envelope, but she never gave me my change. I asked for my receipt when I handed the money and the woman at the desk was doing cheeky stuff trying to fill a form as a receipt and she never gave the change from the 10 bill. I went back later and when I asked her to count the money at her till, she said we cannot do that now, only when we close. The next day they said the toll was fine. They are such liars. I searched my wallet many times and I had no change there! I remember very well what happened. They are extreme rude and offensive too.
Do not go here for amazon returns she do not print label. Services is bad. She said barcodes on phone no good. Print your own label. Next!!
This place is the most racist , discriminatory and disgusting post office i have ever been too. Horrible staff and service . I was called racial slurs and i cannot believe the abuse.
The lady who works there gives the worst service. I was waiting for her to serve me at the counter while she was eating food right infront of everyone. Then she was discriminating me. I thought that maybe she was having a bad day but I recently went the post office again as it is very close to my house. She was very rude and would refuse to give me my packages from Amazon even though she had seen my licence and passport. I would not recommend anyone to go to this post office as the staff are horrible!
