Really rude service at the post office. Not friendly they simply do not care.

Very very poor service. I go there 2-3 times in a week.never get a good customer service. Specially the lady with short and bit curly hair sorry to describe like this as I dont know the name and dont want to ask her name. She is very horrible and very very rude and bully the customers. Not only me but I have seen to bully others as well. I am not getting any free serviceso they provide bad service And I am not expecting higher level service but atleast should provide basic customer service. Manager should take some action against them who is bully the customers. She seems like she doesnt care about customer service. I go only because its nearer to my house but decided to go somewhere unless and until if its in emargency. But next time if she is rude to me Ill defi take it further.
Poor customer service.Only one nice lady between the staff others very rude sometimes.I need to go to this post office 2-3 times a week but I decided to go somewhere else even if it is the closest to me.They ruined my day.They dont know how to serve the customers professionally.
I went to this post office this morning as it is the closest to my home . I had to poast some important documents so needed waterproof envelop . I asked the man at conter wheter I could by one . He told me I cannot , the post office does not store them . It seemed weard , so I asked him why was that as post offices to sell envelopes usually . He started being anxious and angry , told me that I should not think I am smart because I am not in my own country . I felt really offended and discriminated . I left the shop and I am sure I will never go back . I have been living in this country for over 5 years now , yet this was the first time someone had this kind of attitude towards me .
