Awful service! Made an online order for a bike during the Black Friday Deal to collect in store, received confirmation text saying they will text me when the product is ready for collection.. two weeks wait and several attempt to call the Harrow store I'm finally getting hold of someone on the phone who's telling me my order is been cancelled and if I want to re-order it again then I will have to pay 60pounds more!
Jordan, I have to say is one of the most helpful, experienced young man I've met who went over and beyond to fix the problem I had issues with my stereo. I arrived at 5:45pm just before the store was closing and he was friendly, polite, looked at the problem and found a solution. A new stereo and a happy customer...I went to 3 different Halfords and none of the staff bothered to even look at the stereo, I was just informed we are busy. Keep up the good work Jordan!!!
Very big supermarket with a more spacious and less cramped layout than usual. Caters well for the busy lunch market with hot meats counter, pizza oven and large fresh salad bar..................
Great service and helpful staff with a lot of knowledge about everything they are sale store. If you are coming in dont estate to ask them for help. Thank you guys
Usually like this Halfords because of the location and its always quite quiet in there (No big queues, and easy to get help from staff). But, the young lady working there, named Roxanna, rude and had a I dont want to be here look on her face. I understand everyone has bad days/moods but no need to take it out on innocent customers. Ruined my experience
