Worst customer service and they dont even care about it!!
The staff is not quite doing their job. There is noone at the first floor at anytime.

There is something really strange about this store and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A customer was promised an offer. However, her offer was declined only because she was paying by card.
Why have a phone if you dont answer it. All stores, Wembley, both harrow and greenford number invalid. Not helpful at all
