Bought a pair of trainers a few months back just to realize that both of them are different sizes ! I've moved away from that area so I tried to call them but they never pick up the phone!
Horrible Saff, extremely rude, not customer oriented at all! Not able to answer to ang question , not helpfull at all , manager shouting at clients .... No money back policy, dirty shop! Shame as i was big fun...
I have been there today. Asked the security guy for someone to help scan 6 pair of shoes of different sizes. One salesmen came he scaned 2 pairs and he was replaced by another one who started again and scaned 3 pairs. Someone asked him something and he left with them for more then 5 minutes I saw the costumers going out but he didn't come back. And I couldn't find anyone around otjer then the security
