Terry and his team always find the problem and fix it within reasonable time and at an economic cost.The parts they use are all original Mercedes. I can say that I wouldnt want to take my CLS 63 AMG anywhere else than there.I can only recommend him if you are looking for a mecedes garage of trust and knowledge.
I've used Wayne Gates since 2013, they were the go to for all my maintenance on my W202 C250TD and they have never ever let me down. Terry is extremely knowledgeable as are the mechanics themselves especially Jamie who works methodically and is a perfectionist, and can do absolutely anything to any Mercedes. I still use them now even though I have an Audi now (which o bought off Jamie himself) as I truly believe you cannot put a price on good workmanship. I thoroughly recommend this place, Mercedes-Benz servicing second to none including the rip off Mercedes dealers themselves. The quality of workmanship speaks for itself as Terry bought my Mercedes-Benz off me. Thank you Terry, Jamie, Pat and Lorenzo.
Great service, took my 1 year old C220d for it's first service and paid 165 pounds. Compared to main dealer asking 460 pounds it was a no brainer. These guys are also very knowledgeable and identified an oil leak on the car which I am getting fixed under warranty. Thanks Terry, see you soon.
This is by far the best workshop Ive used in London. Top technicians, they know these cars inside out. Incredibly honest, excellent work and definitely deserve the reputation Terry and the team built up in the Mercedes owners circles. The car always comes back working like it just left the production line.
I am relatively new to the ownership of an old Mercedes (300te). Lucky for me -Wayne Gates is local to where I live - this is where I have been taking my car. Terry (the owner) & his staff are the best in the business - full stop. - they know what they are talking about -they know how to repair & service Mercedes Benz. I have found Terry to be honest, helpful & courteous - no complaints - the work carried out is always done to the highest standard & they look after your car as if it is one of their own.
