2 or 3 years ago this used to be a decent garage with reasonable prices. Since then, it seems the money spent on painting the place pink and buying countless LCD screens for the waiting areas has meant that they have had to double or triple their prices. I was told recently that they would have to connect a computer to diagnose my car problem at a cost of over 70 before they can find out what the issue is. This was after I told them what the actual issue was and what part needed replacing!As long as West Harrow garage continue to rip of customers, i'll continue to find alternative garages to fix and service my car.
I have used West Harrow Garage a number of times, and I am always satisfied with the speed and quality of service given. My most recent experience included being told my car didnt need a full service (despite booking one online) the guys told me it wasnt necessary as I had done such little mileage. That saved me 100 quid. When something did go wrong with my car a few weeks later, the guys said that is was so close to the MOT/Service that they would fix it for free. It may not have been a big job for them, but the honesty and convenience of using West Harrow garage means I will certainly return in the future.
Excellent service.I turned up to West Harrow Garage not booked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and was greeted by a very helpful gentleman. My car was promptly seen to and explained thoroughly and with patience, as I've no mechanical experience. Very honest and did not try to sell me a new tyre like other places may have.Thank-you for your help and wish there were more honest garages like yours
Did an excellent job on the full valet. I booked online, when I rang to change the time the guy on the phone was rude and said it wouldn't be done until Monday. The website shouldn't let you book if you can't do it the day you book it for. When I dropped the car off , I think it was the same guy from the phone call, didn't say anything, didn't ask for my name or what I was booking in. When I told him I had had to park in a double yellow line and asked where I should move it to he said "it's fine". I went back to the garage on Sunday just to check my car hadn't been towed! I didn't receive a phone call to say my car had been finished on Monday (the day they could actually valet my car) I had to call them. When they answered the phone they made me feel like I had asked a stupid question as to whether it was ready! The whole experience left me feeling largely unsatisfied and I probably won't go back. Which is a shame as the valeting was brilliant.The guy on the desk when I picked the car up was nice.
It was Amazing in fault findings while my local garage fail on that and really expert in their field, price and work is peace of mind for me. Advice and solution is best.
