A very warm and hospitable customer service. However my haircut was bog-standard at best. The amount of skill put into cutting and styling my hair was not far off from that of a 5 pound barbers. My hair cut was cut in a way that made it incredibly difficult for me to style. Which is a real shame because the woman that cut my hair was lovely.
