Very poor customer service. WORST hotel. Not hotel but an old house. Terrible. No lift. Tiny. No AC. No restaurant or bar inside. Built in an old house. You will be disappointed. Family run business. Not professional. They book you then cancel on you. Don't book this hotel.
Like a maze upstairs, no food apart from snacks on premises, and they ask for I'd which it does not say on website.
We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and well located. We were allocated the top room which was large, clean and comfortable. We were told it was their best room and whilst we were very pleased with it, it was a high climb with our suitcases even though the staff helped..extra pillows were provided. The staff were always on hand and willing to help us.
I made a booking online which asked for a credit/debit card details in order to secure a room booking with instructions to pay full amount once checked in which I had no problems doing, within half an hour I had a phone call from a man shouting at me demanding my credit card details saying my card had declined which I asked who he was and told him my confirmation email had instructed to pay full at check in and he shouldnt have tried to take payment without my permission or presence. He went on shouting and aggressively demanding my bank details which I refused due to being on a public coach and his approach which is very unprofessional and he hadnt even told me who he was no name or position to the hotel so I told him he was rude aggressive and very unprofessional and I will be cancelling my 2 night booking due to his intimidating behaviour. As a woman looking for a place to lay your head at night I suggest not booking with this hotel, some times being cheap isnt worth it and the rooms are small and musky!
