Friendly reception and a comfy bed. Lovely for both a short and long stay. Close to Harrow town center.
Perfect clean and new room. Very comfortable bed. Adjustable climate control and windows able to be opened. Traffic is quiet during night. Breakfast is prepared freshly, but coffee is not that great. We will come here again.
All staff brilliant. Excellent service. Good food. New hotel. Parking opposite c. 12 per day.

Very accommodating to me and my needs. The receptionist that was there during the day was very kind and seemed genuinely happy to conversate. (She worked on the front desk 5&6 Nov, unsure of her name). The only negative which may not be the hotels fault is my phone had no connectivity throughout the whole room. However the receptionist did offer a different room on a higher floor as she stated this sometimes helps.
