Awfull. Fungus and bad smell. Room not ready thought we arriwed late.Lot of stored stuff in escape routes.Not good for health or safety.
This place is not up to standard & will not be recommending or ever staying there again .
Staff are rude and careless. The room is disgusting I could have been to a better hotel for the price and had better service. The owner was loud on the phone throughout the day and the tv on the opposite side of my wall which the owner uses had been too loud. No respect for his customers but expects it back. Someone shut this down
I expected higher level of overall experience. The actual experience did not match the image you are trying to create of a superb 4 stars hotel.
Nice place to stay. Family room is good for 3 adults although bathroom fittings needs to be changed. Breakfast although not a buffet but still options like cereal eggs juice and tea coffee available. Value for money. Travelling is very convenient as both bus n train stations are within 1 minute walk. Overall a good experience.
