The guy claims to be merce specialist so he think he should charge almost just as high with out final results
I booked an oil change here and was given a time to show up. When I arrived I was immediately told by the owner that it would be an hour before they could get to my car because they were all going to lunch. I'm taking time off work to make my appointment only to find out that the car is going to be sitting there for an hour while they eat lunch? (I blame myself for not turning around and walking out at this point). I came back in a couple hours and my car was ready. I asked him how everything looked and he said, "all oil is dirty when you change it". Erm, thanks for that. I paid cash for the oil change and the guy didn't have enough change for me. "I owe you a pound", is what I got. Now, I'm not worried about a pound but you do NOT let a customer leave your place of business being owed money. I've just paid 140.00 for an oil change and I'm leaving your shop with you owing me money? The reason I'm giving this place any stars at all is because they did do the oil change. Never again.

I have known Brian for now 4-5 years and ever since I bought my merc he is the true Mercstar. He definitely gets the job done and has good work ethics. I commend him for delivering the faults in my mercedes. I trust him and would only give my car to him.
Brian has looked after both my classic (1980's) Mercedes for many years. He is efficient, honest and knows his stuff and unless a special part is needed, normally services/MoT are completed same day. This is particularly important when it comes to classics, where Brian has the intiution that comes only from working on cars since they were first built by Mercedes. Brian is also quick at sourcing normally hard-to-find parts. Highly recommended.
