I was very positively surprised as I have managed to get the emergency appointment with short notice even though the surgery is open only until 1pm on Thursdays. The staff was really friendly, helpful and empathetic, which was for me very important as I was in pain.

I have been visiting the surgery for almost 22years now. The staff have always been very courteous and extremely helpful. DR PATEL is always very positive. Always with a smile you feel better even before you leave the surgery. It is always kept spotless very clean and pleasure to visit.
Dr patel and the staff are the most polite an caring people in the medical field. Always a pleasure to meet them. Never found it a problem getting an appointment in short notice. Hope they keep it up.
I would never recommend this GP to anyone. The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my whole life!!!! I visited a few months ago and I never returned. The lady at the reception representing the GPs office was completely unfriendly, rude with an attitude towards me, careless, and misleading. Unfortunately my student accommodation recommended this GP and it was definitely the most unfriendly GP for a student. The shortsighted lady definitely has to be replaced , or placed to another position away from customers because in the long term this will affect your business. It is definitely not appropriate for the general doctor in charge who might be a very good doctor .
