I have been fortunate to have been a patient at this great Surgery. All the Dr's,nurses and indeed Phlebotomist to the hard working and kind empathetic helpful reception staff members who do so much for me.The Surgery itself is small but has a big heart, which for any health professional HEART is at the top of most NHS paperwork.
the phone service is very bad and they lie about things
Cannot praise the practice highly as I would like. A small personalised friendly empathetic service from the Drs both in house and locum to practice management and the front line receptionists,behind scene staff and practice nurse .Having seen the EDI draft proposal for the NHS in the local hospital,the practice ticks the boxes already.Five stars from me personally.
Nice Gp, staffs are friendly, Doctors explains well, happy with there service.
Its a nice GP, with a good set of friendly Doctors. A bit difficult to get an appointment but when you get one, the Doctors speak to you in quite detailed manner. Wish they had an active online system for the booking platform. A special mention for Sharmila who sits at the Reception is probably the most friendly of the staff. She is quite lively, good to speak with and very helpful when you need any sudden appointment.
