I received outstanding care from Dr Yaqoob at GP Direct. Her professionalism and dedication were amazing. She followed up my case up over the weekend, giving me a call on Sunday morning (!) and arranging a follow up appointment straight away. I got a blood transfusion, thanks to her prompt action. And today I was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time. I completely understand that occasionally some patients will take longer to be seen, making others late. That's being human and caring. Thank you, Dr Yaqoob, I am deeply grateful.

Just registered today, the application form is so much, could do if some portion can be done online ( to save papers as well ) thus lessening the paperworks. One of the receptionist was not very welcoming and seems annoyed that I missed some bits on my application form.. the practice looks well and organised ... and less waiting time I guess... just been put off by that particular receptionist, they could do with a bit of a smile and patience as to their application form ..what if I am an elderly lady who find it hard to complete the very complicated form :)
It used to be good but now getting an appointment is a nightmare . I have also had bad experience with dr. Yaqoob when I was dealing with anxiety. Totally useless. I have had to move private and I avoid the surgery as much as I can. Even walk in centres are more helpful compared to this huge surgery.
Largish premises. 13 consulting rooms. Reception area has seats for about 45 people. Ramp for wheelchair access, disabled toilet. Busy place. As is common with many other places, appointments tend to run late.
