The receptionist is so rude, and unhelpful. It makes the entire experience unpleasant. I will be signing up to a new clinic tbh.
They don't care about you! AVIOD THIS PLACE. We asked a few questions before registering and they said come back later and threw the registering booklet at us and said 'Read it yourself'. This is no way to treat potential patients. Dr Karia if your reading this fire that receptionist!

I have been going to this surgery since the beginning of March this year. I have ALWAYS found the reception team super accommodating and am always offered an appointment when I call up. The doctors I have seen are brilliant and i have never felt rushed or felt like i had to speed up my problem to get in and out. Ignore the bad reviews..this surgery is actually very good!!
If my life depended on them I'd certainly be dead.Worst GP practice I've been with. And I have moved around a good bit in the past 15 years. The receptionists are extremely unpleasant and unfriendly, you often can't book an appointment two weeks from the nommomin time you ask for one, and the doctors are all useless. Went with a couple of problems, was supposed to be referred for a scan about one of them, doctor just left it at that. Never got the referral. Steer clear of this practice. They won't help you and they certainly don't have the patient's best interest at heart. Utterly disappointed.
