It's great as long as you stick to the rules. Phone first for appointment. It is not an emergency room. It is a consultation place not a surgery room. for those people waiting, cover your mouths when sneezing and coughing. You are passing your issues to others. A common cold can kill the weak, young, elderly... you won't like it if somebody sneezes in your child's face without covering their mouth. Idiots

Do not join this practice!!! My partner and I have experienced appalling service every time we have visited this year. Staff at reception are rude and ask inappropriate questions to avoid giving you an appointment. Doctors are also very rude, and will rush through an appointment giving basic care advice. Please please if you really care about your health - DO NOT JOIN THIS PRACTICE!!!!
If I could give half a star, I would. This health centre is absolutely terrible. - The receptionists spend more time casually chatting than doing their job (I have witnessed this many times when standing in-line, right in-front of them, only to find them chatting away whilst patients are waiting to be served)- The response time to phone calls is disgraceful (Whilst I understand that calls might be queued, I am absolutely certain that the reason why most calls are left unanswered for over 10 minutes are because the receptionists are too busy having a chit-chat, being distracted from their jobs. This is further supported by the fact that when my call is left unanswered for more than 10 minutes, there have been numerous occasions where I have hung-up, immediately re-dialled and my call has been answered immediately)- The receptionists try to do anything in their power to discourage you from being seen by a doctor (I had the dis-pleasure of being subject to this recently) - Most doctors in this practice appear to be more concerned with saving the NHS money, rather than exploring any means to properly and effectively diagnose the patient's health issue/concern. - The majority of doctors are very impatient, rude and discouraging. In summary, when your health depends on professionalism and genuine consideration, this is absolutely not the place! Please don't find this out the hard way!
