I called my GP reception and asked them to make an appointment to see nurse receptionist said to me nurse gone on annual leave and they dont have an any nurse all week then I asked them you should have a replace someone, she said they dont have any replacement then I asked her to inform to doctor and ask them to call me after five hours later receptionist call me doctor cant talk to me because this is not a urgent.
Been a patient at this centre for 15 years. Dr Jaysinghe is honestly a horrible man. Would recommend to go to any doctor but him. For years, he had never taken any of my problems serious. He has ignored my lumps, severe acne & organ issues on too many occasions. My advice is to go to another gp for the same problem, as he has taken too many of my issues lightly
There has been a deeply unhelpful practice manager at this God forsaken place for some years. Sounds like she's still there. Got a power complex and In completely the wrong job but the caring sharing docs (some of who are, or used to be, quite good medically) are frightened witless of her. Not a healthy place and needs a good shake up.
The first surgery in my 18 years mother experience where a pregnant woman is refused an apt because she can't get through their phone line! Twice... you need to be rude and forceful for them to care, how is that for Harrow quality care?
