Nice experience and the staff were really great
Worst doctors I've ever been to, my GP called me in urgently to discuss my brain MRI results and when I got there she just said "okay what can I help you with today" spent a year being messed about being told my symptoms were unrelated to my condition even though I insisted they weren't and whenever I asked questions the gp could answer anything. Spent hours on hold trying to get through to the receptionists because apparently it's quite easy to break their hold system so they don't know you're calling. Yeah not happy.
Went from Simpson house to GPS direct west harrow both practices not fit to serve the public. Northwick surgery sorted in 1 day what the others couldn't in 10 years
This five stars is only for Doctor Bayraktar who seems to understand people and treat them in a way we would all like to be treated.Wish everyone was like him, least to say the same for the reception staff which I would give only no stars to, needs management training in speaking to others "Politely", especially older patients.
This would be no star. The doctors are more concerned about their ten minutes and in that time they only deal with one problem at a time and five minutes are taken just trying to get a prescription from them: that's if they give you any. Being a mental health patient, and wanting to know you better before prescribing what I have been on for a long time, just makes me easier to just not see a doctor. Who wants to fear going to a surgery and ending up having a breakdown? I totally agree with comments regarding Dr anjum. Really disappointed.
