This place could be cleaner. Lack of staff most times. Very noisy environment with all the time stupid Kiss radio going on with loud noise and some big peoples are throwing weights on floor. This place could be very irritating at times.
Just joined the gym, my first impression is it's a good good choice of a gym. The showers need a good clean up, smelt a bit mouldy.
There is a problem with the online booking system for classes. Staff have acknowledged it, but can do nothing about it. I just use the running machine and sauna now. The face recognition entry system is also not working, I rang the bell no answer. I then saw a member of staff 20 feet away talking to a member of the public. I knocked 4 or 5 times, with pauses in between. but was either not heard or was being ignored. Finally, she turned and I realised she saw me, but she did not come over she continued talking to the member of the public. I had to walk away and come back later or I would have embarrassed myself by kicking and banging the door. They are clearly more interested in getting new members than looking after old members.
Easy access. Dont like the state of the changing rooms
Great equipment and good atmosphere. Open 24 hours too! Haven't had any problems getting answers to questions within staff hours.
