What tedious and aggressive staff!! The pool facilities are good enough. The team on reception tho, what an uptight bunch. Emma Rollings in particular. When I disputed what she had to say, she said I could speak to the manager, even though a manger wasn't available. Then failed to give me any details. She was shaking with rage. I've encountered receptionists like this before, leave you waiting for 20mins for absolutely no reason. 0 POINTS FOR PEOPLE SKILLS

Went for a swimming session witb my baby. The pool is clean and warm. The gym facility is also good. However the changing room can have more plug sockets for connecting phones or hairdryers. Apart from that excellent.
