As someone who has hired out space at the Body Factory and who also has been treated there for injuries, I can honestly say that on both counts the service and facilities there have been excellent. Special mention goes to Jesse Cope. He's a brilliant physio who had me up and running again after a horrid hamstring injury threatened to ruin my attempt at a half marathon before his treatment got me training again. Also to all the staff who are always so friendly and accomodating. Great to have a facility like this in Harrow
not good they had the gall to say yesterday i did not turn up for my physio why because my husband is seriously and they decided that they were going to charge me i rang them at 1.01am saturday morning they should check their answer phone messages the stairs are dangerous in this place they are gappy and very narrow not designed for disabled people like myself
