Really friendly and well equipped training space just outside Harrow town centre. I trained here Open Gym, so didnt try their Crossfit program but saw a wide range being delivered when I was there, including specific and progressive classes in gymnastics, weightlifting and mobility in addition to WODs. Very welcoming and would be an ideal place to get into Crossfit if that interests you or just into training/exercise generally. Would recommend.
