Now 5 a day to park. Great place to stay close to hospital for visits . Usual good standards.Now spoilt by having to pay 5 a night to park. It use to be free parking if you stayed at the hotel. We travel hundreds of miles to this hotel many times over the last few years due to our son's long spells in hospital. Having spent several thousand pounds staying here now makes it much more expensive. There are other places nearby with free parking. Unhappy now ex customer.
Took ages to book in, then took agescto prove I had meals paid for too even though I had it on booking confirmation. Evidently it was not on their system! Room was ok Premier standard which is comfy and clean.
I have been staying here for 2-3 nights every Dec to attend LJCC. Always a dreadful experience but a less expensive "bad experience" compared to that I could expect elsewhere in this grim part of North London. The breakfast has always been poor and the rooms tired and noisy from the adjacent overground tubeline. This time my children & I stayed in a revamped room. It was just above freezing outside and not much warmer in the room. The heating didn't work & I had to borrow a portable heater from reception which they were using because they didn't have any heating either. The room was too cold for my children to have a bath & the hot water was slightly better than tepid. Guests from two other rooms I met on the way to a tired lukewarm breakfast had had the same problem. The hotel knew there was a problem & was just trying to blag it. We're stuck here another night but after problems four years in a row I'm finally done - I've said it before but this time I really really mean it
Standard offering in the chain. Be aware that some rooms are very close to the tracks (23/22) specifically and also the WiFi is spotty in those rooms. The night staff are super helpful and friendly.
Been here several times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and decent sized tv.
